Ensure that you rest enough each day with a minimum of 7 hours of sleep per night so that your body can recharge its energy.

Keep the Sabbath by not working and setting aside time and space to recentre our lives on the Lord. Not resting and working on a Sabbath breaks God’s rhythm for our lives, leading to burnout and health issues.

Ensure balanced nutritional meals are taken each day so that your body stays healthy.

Our recommended resources are accessible via two digital platforms – YouVersion Bible App and Study Gateway App. For a start, we encourage you to choose and go through one in groups of 2-3s or as a cell.
YouVersion Bible App: We will continue to use this free app that hosted our 21-day reading plan during the prayer & fasting period.
Study Gateway App: This app contains video bible study content from numerous Bible teachers, authors and pastors, and includes programs for children too. It is a paid app at $7.95 per month for a single account or $19.99 for a group of 20 account (less than $1 per person).
